What is APPLAUS?
With the APPLAUS Program Award, the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media (BKM) honors independent music clubs as well as concert series across all areas of popular music and jazz. A total of around €1.6 million in prize money is available, making APPLAUS one of the most highly endowed federal cultural awards.
